It effectively removes discolorations, heat marks, annealing colors, and rust particles in and around the welding area caused by heat during welding.Coverage: Approximately 90-100 meters of weld seams per kilogram of chemical.Application Process:Remove any oil using SI-56 soak cleaner (50 gm/lit).Apply K-2 paste on the weld seam and surrounding area with a brush.Leave the paste on the weld seam for 30-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the oxide scale.Brush the surface with a plastic-bristled brush and then wash thoroughly with water.Apply K-2 passivation solution and leave it for 20-25 minutes.Finally, clean the surface thoroughly with water.K-2 Spray Form:Description: A semi-gel chemical used to pickle and passivate large surface areas with a spray pump.
